Im Obersteg Connect is not just only my business.
It’s a way how I see and act in this world. The magic of my work happens when themes and humans connect. When people connect with themselves and the individuals around them.
A short introduction
It began in my childhood, navigating between Swiss and Taiwanese cultures, this urge to create deep connections. Later, bridging across cultures, departments and world views became my way of making a living.
Experiences across industries
Before founding Im Obersteg Connect in 2023, I worked in various industries and positions, always at the intersection of strategy, humans and organizations. Stations included sales in luxury goods, project manager at the Swiss Consulate in Shanghai, internal strategy consultant in banking and for seven years several project and leadership positions in a global Swiss industrial company establishing human-centered and planet-centric capabilities.
Studies across disciplines
A BA in social and communication sciences from the University of Lucerne and a MA in cultural theory, management and organization from the University of St.Gallen are paired with further education by Kreative Lösungswege and the School of Facilitation. My Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher training also finds its way into our work.
Life across cultures
I love to live and work in English, (Swiss-) German and Chinese.
Next to my work, you find me cooking, exploring the world close and far, playing (Beach-) Volleyball or on my yoga mat, sometimes alone, mostly with my family and friends.

Let me introduce you to my partner network. In the majority of my mandates, I work with trusted partners with complementary skills, expertise and personalities.
Together, we support organizations on their strategy journeys, create organizational transformation programs and co-facilitate big groups conferences or intimate leadership retreats.
