Im Obersteg Connect is not just my business.
It’s a way how I see and act in this world. The magic of my work happens when themes and humans connect. When people connect with themselves and the individuals around them.
A short introduction
It began in my childhood, navigating between Swiss and Taiwanese cultures, this urge to create deep connections. Later, bridging across cultures, departments and world views became my way of making a living.
Hands-on Experiences
Before founding Im Obersteg Connect in 2023, I worked in various industries and positions, always at the intersection of strategy, humans and organizations. Stations included sales in luxury goods, project manager at the Swiss Consulate in Shanghai, internal strategy consultant in banking and for seven years several project and leadership positions in a global Swiss industrial company establishing human-centered and planet-centric capabilities.
Theory Back-pack
A BA in social and communication sciences from the University of Lucerne and a MA in cultural theory, management and organization from the University of St.Gallen are paired with further education by Kreative Lösungswege and the School of Facilitation.
And also…
I provide my services in English, (Swiss-) German and Chinese. I love it, when all those languages are spoken in the same mandate.
When I’m not supporting organizations, you find me cooking, exploring the world with my toddler, playing Volleyball or simply on my yoga mat.
